With more than three decades of leadership in education, organizational development, and community engagement, I’ve dedicated my life to helping others grow, lead, and succeed. From managing teams of over 1,500 people to overseeing multimillion-dollar budgets and transformational initiatives, my work has always centered around building strong foundations—for students, educators, and entire communities.

My journey has included serving as Superintendent in three Texas school districts, leading large-scale bond projects, forming strategic partnerships, and earning both state and national recognition for leadership innovation. Most recently, I served as Executive Director of a nonprofit school, where I implemented programs and completed campus construction projects to better serve families and children.

Now in retirement, I’ve embraced a new season of purpose—offering guidance, mentorship, and empowerment to those seeking clarity and impact in their personal and professional lives. As a husband of 44 years, father of three, and proud Pops of seven, my greatest fulfillment comes from connection, growth, and joy. I draw from both my professional background and lived experiences to help others discover a deeper sense of alignment in life, business, and leadership.
